I'll be honest, this makes me smile every time I see it. The artwork is gorgeous and the background makes the two of them really stand out. The expressions on their faces are very well done and the shading really catches the eye.
While I'm not a big fan of this pairing, I love the way this piece is portrayed.
Unfortunately, I can't say It's one of the best I've seen. To start off, the way it's drawn seems to be a little bit...rushed. The shading on RD's wing could have used a little more work and Fluttershy's hair seemed to be a little dull. Other than that, I can't really find anything wrong.
This was my first critique, so I hope I rated you fairly.
